Initiate Request
Log into your Beardo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Quality Verification
Upload clear images or videos of the product, including the outer packaging and invoice, to help our team verify the condition of the received goods.
Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 48-72 hours; please keep the product in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or as Beardo Wallet credits.
